In addition to our Thursday afternoon library sessions, we organise the following fundraising events each year:
Nearly New sale - April
This tabletop sale of good quality or nearly new second-hand children's clothing is where you can pick up a bargain. You can also hire a table for just £5 to sell any good quality clothing you no longer need.
Teddy Bears Picnic - July
This three-hour spectacular event is for pre-school children and their teddies! Bring a picnic, sit in a beautiful garden and enjoy an extravaganza of face painting, ride-on toys, soft play, bouncy castle and water play!
Messy Play - July/August
Three sessions of outdoor messy play held in various gardens around the village during the summer holiday. Let your children have fun exploring new textures while making plenty of mess! They can have a go at foot painting or get gungy with coloured spaghetti, soap suds, corn flour and more!
Toy Sale - November
This ever more successful event offers second-hand toys just in time for Christmas - the range and quantity available are always staggering. Alternatively, make some extra space and cash before Christmas by selling any good quality toys you no longer need.
